Thank you for your interest in being a part of our show. We are passionate about showcasing all those businesses dreamt up around the kitchen table and lovingly worked on until the wee hours. We are passionate about it because it is how we started too! We are so excited to bring The Rustic Wedding Show to the counties for another year after the success of last year's shows!!!

Please apply by filling out the form below. An application does not guarantee you a space. We take our time to hand pick the best suppliers for each classification of stall so that we can bring the best suppliers to the brides and grooms who attend our fairs. Please send us as much information with your application as possible, i.e. what makes you different, how do you stand out and please include links to your website, facebook page, instagram account etc. The more we can see the easier it is for us to get a feel for what makes you special. Our wedding shows are immersive experiences and so we expect our suppliers to come out from behind their tables (where possible) and provide their services as if it was a wedding so that our couples can really get a sense of what their wedding day could be like. We also relish a collaboration so if there is another supplier who you think you would work well with please let us know and we can connect you.

Once you are offered a place in the show we will contact you to confirm your details for our exhibitors page on both our website and on facebook. We will also ask if you wish to contribute any promotional products to the goody bags (fee is payable). Even if you are not able to exhibit at our show there is an opportunity to include your marketing materials on the day and details will be provided.

What do we ask of you?

1. We ask that you bring your very best. This is your moment to show the very best that you can do. Your space is your own so go big, go bold and make it something to remember. The show can only be as good as the effort our exhibitors put in to their displays.

2. Pitch Fees are as follows:

Standard Pitch:  2m x 1.5m - £150

Large Pitch: 3m x 1.5m - £225

Extra Large Pitch 4m x 1.5m - £275 

Outdoor Vehicle - £150 

3. Tables can be provided for an additional fee of £10 per table. 

4. Your pitch is dependant on you holding all necessary insurance and certificates as requested by the event organisers.

5. Pitch fees are non-refundable on cancellation by you or if you are unable to provide the documentation mentioned above.
